1. Eligibility for Return

  • If your product is defective, damaged, incorrect, or incomplete at the time of delivery, please contact us within 48 hours.

  • Your product may be eligible for a refund or replacement depending on the product category and condition.


2. Change of Mind

  • Products are not eligible for return if the customer has had a change of mind after placing the order.

📦 Terms & Conditions for Returns

  1. The product must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.

  2. It must include original tags, user manual, warranty cards, freebies, and accessories.

  3. The item must be returned in its original and undamaged packaging/box.

  • If your product is eligible, you can choose to return it via exchange courier.

  • After we receive the product (usually 2–3 working days after return delivery is initiated) and complete quality control (1–2 working days), refunds will be processed within 7 working days.

  • Sometimes, due to logistics issues or delays, refunds may take slightly longer than the expected window.
